I didn't want to step in to this again but it is also a legal issue...and Dan has a point. But I feel like this horse has been beat to death.
Bottom line is that if you enter into a contract with a minor then they are not legally bind to up hold their part of the contract; however, the other party (who is of legal age) still must perform and uphold his/her part of the contract. So pretty much it is just an added risk to doing business.
