do they manually bill clients, or do they have a server to do that for them? if it's some sort of billing system using a server, then that could have been re-activated which might have re-billed current billed users again.
 
Seriously - I rang them in person the other day - and was assured I would recieve my new details on monday - and that my billing cycle would restart then at no extra charge. 3 days later and guess what :p ....
 
it took me saying i wanted my server canceled for them to get me the account info. btw, hugo, did you see all the ssh login failures?
