Bannerless 3 USD (We don't put Banners for now on all plans)

Sounds like there's certainly a chance of it having banners, if there's already a $3 charge listed in anticipation of it.

Well, I am not sure it is the best FREE one out there though but it is pretty good. I personally like the phpBB board better. I am still waiting to see which one is better: phpBB v2.0 or Ikonboard v3.

Since Yupapa has Cgi-bin and does not offer php or MySQL, I would recommend either Yabb or Ikonboard (in favor of the latter one).
